I thought it was common knowledge that we should tend to the sick until they get better.
Doctors have to do everything they can to help a patient.
But universal healthcare that the government pays for would be silly.
Where is the sense in that?
There is one major drawback in this discussion.
Politicians are talking about it.
Which is like five year olds talking about it.
Except politicians wear suits and can’t go to their mommy when things go bad.
Universal healthcare sounds like a great idea until you say that politicians are the ones talking about it.
Healthcare is ridiculously expensive, and I don’t see it getting any cheaper once the politicians get involved.
In Germany we have had universal healthcare for nearly 140 years, i.e. since 1874.
that logic is unheard of over here
